New races in World of Warcraft: Goblin & Worgen

Apparently, the next expansion will be called World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. Following info leaked today: 2 new races will be available for play: Goblin (Horde) and Worgen (Alliance). After the break: possible playable classes.

Achievements in Isle of Conquest

It’s been a long day in Azeroth. Today after Ulduar 10-man raid there was nothing better to do then to farm the new battleground Isle of Conquest for a couple of hours. Achievement Screenshotter recorded Fantasiar’s latest achievements in IoC.

Patch 3.2: Call of the Crusade – Shammy view

Patch 3.2 aka Call of the Crusade went live today. The 3 big features are a new 5/10 man dungeon called Crusader’s Coliseum, a new Battleground called Isle of Conquest and the new Druid form updates. We also will take a closer look to the new shaman changes after the cut.

Why I play World of Warcraft

The biggest difference which makes WoW stand out is the ability to meet new people at every corner through out Azeroth. WoW is a virtual world. Every character has his own profession and is unique in his look and style. In my now 5 year WoW career i met tons of people. People from literally all over the world. Some were crazy, some annoying, some were funny and some not. But some became really good friends over time. (I hereby greet Ariakas, Manor, Sirene, Jerec, Sasoni, Sirius, Rezzar and Cashmoney!) In my eyes, this game is not about XP or phat loot, it’s about meeting new people and friendship.

Fantasiar – Return of a Shaman

Alliance shaman Fantasiar (elemantal / restoration) on US-Drak’Tharon returns. He looks a bit rusty if you ask me but hey, its been nearly 4 months now. We wish you all the best Fantasiar and may many purple drop on your journey. Fail Train or Disciples of Redemption on US-Warsong will be his home. The decision will be made within the next couple of days.

Is it worth it?

Today, something unusual happened in Azeroth. It was early in the morning in Stormwind. The thaw was covering the green grass, the fog was still hovering over the sleeping city because the sun hasn’t risen yet. Two patrolling guards saw something this morning which later on noone would believe.
